Mrs. Tonya V. Harrison
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer/President of the Freddi T. Lane Empowerment Alliance Inc. and the Editor in Chief of Travelbility, Tonya champions for the rights of adults of all abilities. Tonya has a spirit of empowerment, determination, and advocacy, helping travelers with special needs. Her journey began in southern Maryland, where a passion for travel and business began in her lifelong commitment to breaking boundaries.
Growing up, Tonya developed a love for travel and culture. After high school, she moved and began traveling exploring the diverse cultures along the East Coast of the United States.
During her journey of self-discovery, Tonya found a liking for computerized technology and pursued an education at the Computer Learning Center in Alexandria, Virginia. There, she gained valuable skills and knowledge in technology.
Equipped with the knowledge learned, Tonya began working for Department of Defense contractors and the federal government, where her technical experience and dedication to travelers led to recognition and promotions. Over three decades, she made significant contributions to projects, specializing in travel, logistics, and procurement for public service.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tonya's influence extends into community mentorship and advocacy. She generously shares her knowledge about the travel sector and helps others realize their business aspirations. Her advocacy work extends from Tampa Bay, Florida, where , she emphasizes the importance of inclusivity and empowerment in the travel industry.

Elizabeth a Financial Coach, with over six years of experience in empowering individuals to take control of their finances, Elizabeth is a seasoned financial coach dedicated to helping people achieve their financial goals and build a secure future.
Through dozens of engaging workshops conducted for hundreds of individuals one-on-one, online, and in school systems, Elizabeth earned a reputation for delivering practical, easy-to-understand financial advice that makes a real difference in people's lives. Whether it's budgeting, saving, investing, or planning for retirement, Elizabeth has a proven track record of guiding clients towards financial success.
As a DC Public School Partner, Elizabeth has engaged students from 2nd grade to 8th grade as well as educating parents and teachers.
Known for their approachable demeanor and passion for financial education, Elizabeth has inspired countless individuals to make positive changes in their financial habits and mindset. By simplifying complex financial concepts and providing actionable strategies, Elizabeth equips clients with the knowledge and tools they need to navigate the financial landscape with confidence.
Elizabeth's experience as a Financial Coach makes her a highly qualified Treasurer. Her combined financial expertise and collaborative spirit will be a tremendous asset to our organization.
